As discussed, I would like to tell you about the incredible service that I got from Paul Fullard.

Recently I was in the market for a bakkie for my business. I had seen something on your website and on the Monday morning Paul contacted me. Although the vehicle I had seen was not exactly what I had been looking for, Paul came back to me with a demo vehicle that was spot on!

As I am based in Johannesburg, I needed a contact of mine to view the vehicle on my behalf in Cape Town. Within an hour of the request, Paul had taken the vehicle across town to show my contact. The next thing was that I needed the vehicle in JHB for a project by that same Friday. Without any hesitation, Paul agreed to drive the bakkie up and we arranged to meet in Bloemfontein, where we would swop with the vehicle that I was trading in. He left on the Wednesday afternoon and met me in Bloemfontein early on the Thursday morning.

Despite the long drive ahead of him, he did a very professional hand-over. I must be honest, the way in which he went through the vehicle with me, made it feel more like I was purchasing an expensive SUV than a workhorse Nissan NP300!

He had also arranged for my new number plates to be installed by your branch in Johannesburg a few weeks later.

All in all this was good old-fashioned customer service that you do not see very often. Hats off to Paul Fullard! He is an asset to your organisation and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.
